2. Information you provide
This website has no enquiry form or customer account. If you contact us by email or telephone, we may receive your name, contact details, property or project location, the work you describe, photographs or documents you choose to share, and related correspondence. Please share only information needed for your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal information or information about others without authority.
3. Website operation and language preference
The website is configured for hosting on Vercel. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser and device information, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the website. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page visits and measure how quickly pages load. These tools do not use cookies. Vercel tells visits apart with a temporary value derived from the request, which resets every day, and does not use this information for advertising. We do not add advertising trackers. If you change the language, your choice is stored locally in your browser under falakworks-locale; it is not sent to us. It remains until changed or cleared with your browser’s stored website data. The site does not set cookies for advertising or analytics. Hosting security measures may involve necessary technical storage.
4. Why information is used
Information from enquiries is used to respond to you, understand a proposed scope of work, discuss site requirements, prepare quotations and, where agreed, administer services. Relevant information may also be used for billing, recordkeeping, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Personal information is processed on a basis permitted by applicable UAE law, including your consent where required, steps you request before entering a contract, performance of an agreed contract, or legal obligations. An enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Vercel provides website hosting, delivery, visit statistics and performance measurement. Providers supporting email, telephone communications or company administration, and authorised personnel handling your enquiry or agreed work, may receive the information necessary for those purposes. Images and fonts are served from the website’s assets, rather than embedded external image or font services.
6. Processing outside the UAE
Vercel operates global infrastructure, and hosting, email or other providers may process information outside the UAE. Transfers must comply with applicable UAE requirements, including an approved level of protection or another legally permitted transfer basis and any required contractual or other safeguards. Hosting logs are subject to the provider’s operational retention settings.
